I am thankful for all the gifts God has given me, my family and friends, this board and the wonderful people here, and for the chance to have this day to spend with those I love.
Happy Thanksgiving wishes to all!

Hehe - right now I'm thankful I've got four days off work to play and move machines around! It's been ages since I participated in a real "family" Thanksgiving. Had plans last year down in GA - and my Dad passed away unexpectedly and we spent Thanksgiving on the road heading back to SD. Had our "Thanksgiving" dinner at McDonalds in the middle of MO.
I've got the turkey thawed and will put it in the oven around 10, I'll make pumpkin pie (but I make it with squash which is simmering right now) and a chocolate silk pie, along with the normal fixings to go with the bird. I also have a real passion for baking, and have about as many baking pans as I have sewing machines. I still think my kitchen stuff is more impressive than my sewing stuff - though not much in the kitchen is "vintage".
I'm going to go upstairs and start arranging and cleaning up my sewing room - get my attachments sorted out better and get some ready to mail off to their new homes. And maybe I'll find time to spend with my Bailey too!

I am also over the moon thankful for this too - I am going to be a Grammy for the first time in June.
