Default Help with Singer Touch and Sew 626 settings

Hello. I am trying to learn how to sew and I acquired a Singer Touch and sew 626. I was sewing and it was fine but then I tried to move the lever to make bigger stitches and the thread all bunched up on fabric. Does anyone know how these levers and knobs work to change settings. I really appreciate any help I can get specific to these. I have already gotten lots of great information from the forum and reading others responses. If possible, if someone has the manual it would be very helpful too. thank you again. karen
