Default Hubby got me a new vintage sewing machine.

My DH stopped off at a yard sale tonight and got me this little baby. From what I understand it is a model 50 don't know what year it is, or anything else about it. I have never seen one like this before, I thought it is the cutest little machine. Can someone please give me more info about it? The bobbin can't really tell where it is or if there is one for that matter. Im going to try and post pics of it. Hope they come out.

This particular model was sold as a child's toy sewing machine in the 50's. There's one listed on Ebay.
The orginal model had a hand crank. In your photo it shows an electric cord. Could be they came out with an electric model later, but I've never seen one.

What does it say on the side of the case bottom? It looks like Sew Handy. Cute machine, would love to play with it. Does it have a serial no?

Yes it says Sew Handy. No it doesn't have a serial no. It didn't come with anything, only the machine.

Hello neighbor. That machine is really cute. Have you had a chance to test drive her?

Hello neighbor. No I haven't had a chance to test her out yet. Not really sure how to use it lol. Doesn't seem to have a bobbin, or at least I can't find it if it does.
