Have never seen a treadle in a cabinet before. I've seen the top drop but this is beautiful. It isn't usually the first owner of the machine who let the top get into the shape it did. Usually secondary or tertiary owners let it fall into some type of disrepair. You got a heck of a deal. I would just take some Murphy's Oil soap to clean the top. May be a light sanding. or nothing. When not in use just put a table topper on it. or a pretty lace doily/scarf.

I appreciate the offer(s) of accessories, but I actually have a full set of white accessories in the metal tin. she has no interest. I am keeping them aside until she comes to her senses... hehe
That is Nala. Our newly adopted muttling. She is about 3-4 years old. She looks like an offspring of our 13 year old Gwen, who was also adopted.

Steve, great looking machine and love the cabinet. What year is it? I have a White Rotary 1911 (all attachments and book) in standard 4 drawer drop in desk and just bought a Singer 66 Red Eye (2-20-1920) last week (no attachments)in a cabinet much like this one, which takes up less room. I paid alot more than you, but they don't go cheap here in central FL unless you really happen on a deal. Great job and hope yoru daughter enjoys it. Still want a FW but it will have to wait awhile.
