    I love my vintage singers! I especially love the 15's! I got 2 and wouldn't part with them.

    If you're west coast there shouldn't be a problem. I see treadle machines every day on Craig's List. It's not if I can find a machine it's which one do I want. If you're really rural you might have to drive farther is all. What are you looking for? Most treadle machines are primarily plant stands or end tables these days. People use them for decoration mostly. Count on any machine you see to need at least a good cleaning, a new belt and some fresh oil. Pristine machines that are ready to go are few and far between.
