    hmm- as it turns out, I'm going to be driving right past this place with a van in a couple of weeks. And from St. Louis we'll be heading across the state to Kansas City before heading north.

    We'll be flying to Florida and driving back with FIL's van. Since MIL's prognosis is bad, they are selling both vehicles and buying something that will be easier for her to ride in. She can't get into the van, and it can't be modified so she can.

    The fact that it is a Davis Low Arm (1st model)
    The fact that it is a top of the line mother of pearl version
    The fact that it is in the rarest of the cabinets Davis made.

    And of course because we don't have one like it yet.... (the real price driver)
