    I got screwed on ebay. I found a Dressmaker # SS-2402 with the cams. The seller underestimated shipping, charged me 31 dollars but it cost her 42. This was in a plastic case that has the 2 metal tabs that hold the machine into the bottom and a plastic cover for the top. I got it and she did not use any packing, all she did was tape carboard around it, it was not even a box. Needless to say, the case was broken in many places, inside and out. The thinner pieces of the machine (thread guides, thread holders, etc) are either bent or broken. I cried after opening it up. I really wanted the cams. Hubby consoled me with the fact that I have a parts machine to keep my other machine going strong for a long time. This will be a parts machine for my Dressmaker S3000... it is great but lacked the cams and was GIVEN to me. Live and learn!!!

    I would open a case with ebay and send it back and get your money back. Let ebay know about the seller

    Ignorance on the part of the seller can't be ignored. Open a case or they'll do this to someone else. It stinks that people just don't think.
