    Default Interesting lil' gadget found....

My friend purchased a group of machines and they through in a nice box of spare parts... she and I were going through the parts and came across this lil' gadget - what do you think? I've never seen one before but then there was also a hosiery mender in there that I had never seen before ~ GOOD TIMES!

We have not a clue... we were thinking it may be a early seam ripper... the part on the right has a small single edged razor... was hoping someone on here would be able to identify it - LOL!!

It's a combination needle threader/seam ripper. They're always listed on ebay.

Looks like a seam ripper and screw driver........we used to rip seams with razor blades cause we did not have the seam rippers we have today.

Path49 is correct. Simanco part # 121634. It uses a special Singer blade, part # 120982.
