Default janome Commander New Home Model 701

Hello love reviewing the post on the vintage machines. I own a few myself. My question is I have an opportunity to purchase a Janome Commander New Home Model 701 and have been unable to find any info on this machine can anyone help? Like the year it was made and a possible sale price or start negotiating price. The machine looks very clean and is in a beautiful cabinet. I have several Janome's but had never heard of this one. I googled it last night but found only one and it didn't say much about it. If I knew how to post pics I would but alas I am not that smart.

    thanks for your help

I believe the Commander was a Sears machine.

Thanks for the help. Wolph33 I saw the mulewagon train and one other. It did help to make an offer on the machine the lady is asking $200. At Mitch's Mom yes I do believe you are correct to some extent. I have Janome's and a New Home all sew beautifully. However they two were brand new when I bought them and the New Home was a second hand from my bff. I think Kenmore/Sears products are the off shoot of these products and that is what I think on this machine. However I can't seem to find any type of info anywhere. I think paying $200 is a bit much since I do have to drive over 500 miles to pick it up but I sure do love the cabinet it is in. Thanks for helping me.
