    sorry, but I only collect 1901 and earlier machines.... I was tempted, but I still have 3 or 4 "moderns" to get rid of as it is....

    OMGravy...I have one just like that. Mine was made in 1957 and Is fast and quiet. have heard zippers louder then this! I paid $25.00 for it a an estate sale! I use it to zip thru SID quilting. My dream car has always been a turquoise and silver Thunderbird with the little round porthole window...This is it! But in a sewing machine! I would buy this one in a heartbeat!
