That is a made in Canada 185j - I got one in a lovely cabinet last November, she was missing the bobbin cover and I just replaced it a few days ago so she is going to get a work out pretty soon!

...she is a 3/4 sized machine and a lovely stitcher!

My sister got one at a garage sale, and liked it so much she bought another later. She raves about it.

OMG. Seeing all those coffin tops gave me goose bumps. I wonder where all the dead bodies, er sewing machines are? It's a good thing that I don't live in Texas and I don't have the $$. And they are hand cranks to boot. Poor guy, he says he is overstocked!!! Can you imagine? I am whimpering along with you Charlee. Even triple, quadruple whimpers.

If I was in Texas, I'd be whipping out plastic so fast it'd make Flash Gordon look like a tortoise!! Guess it's a good thing I'm not in Texas, I kind of like my spousal unit...he's cute and a keeper...I'm pretty sure tho, that would be grounds for a divorce!!

This little sewing machine sure is cute!

Anyone know anything about it, like how well does it work? Or how much is it worth?

    Love the color!
I'm sorry I didn't comment on your original post. That little machine is so cute! I don't know anything about it except it is cute! I did notice that you are in Ohio so the shipping won't be very much. I love Goodwill but you have to pay attention to the shipping cost.

It is cute, runs nice too - its a 99 dressed up in a different dress. Plus unlike my early 99, it does do a back stitch.
