Default Looking for a Featherweight in the Sacramento area?

I just wanted to let you all know. It's been there for a week or so already. I enjoy mine.

It's probably been there that long because it's missing quite a bit for the price they want. No tray or brackets in the case, no accessories, etc...

Aye, not a very good deal. I spent less on my FW from eBay, and it came with more.

This one looks like its had someone's social security number scratched into the front, too. Bummer!

I agree. Price is a little too high for my budget.

....I still want to "rescue" it, though. (I won't, but I want to.)

My name is Sewnoma, and I am a sewing machine addict....

Not all cases have the tray. It depends on the age of the case. Just an FYI.

I like the character that the scratched-in number (and maybe a name on the left?) give the machine. But I think $280 is too high as well. Plus there's no indication of whether it has the bobbin case. That red "S" is nice, though. Wonder what year it is.

There were two different trays or a little side bin that slid in beside the machine. All cases had either a tray or the bin.
