Maquina brother 2010

Google translation isn't overly helpful, nor babelfish Way too new of a machine for me to help
"Where does the Brother 2010 machine have the levels, the needle does not take the thread in the part that is called crab, I need to level but I do not know where part of the machine is"

Thank you, Leon.
I know there are some here that would be able to translate better. I did send a private message to one, so hopefully someone will see and come help.

Check and see if you have the needle inserted correctly. Should be facing you, the hole/eye of needle. Then check to see if it is threaded correctly. read your manual if you have one. Manual can be found on the internet. I think the "Cangrejo" is your bobbin case??

I am a vintage machine guy, but I do speak Spanish (but not so much the technical sewing terms). First, I think there is a typo: ahuja should be aguja = needle. Second, cangrejo (crab or crab claw) = hook. Third, niveles (levels) probably refers to adjustment.
So, I would translate it to say: Where are the adjustments for a Brother 2010,. The needle is not picking up the thread at the hook. I need to adjust it but do not know in what part of the machine to look to find the (timing) adjustments.
Now, maybe someone who knows the Brother 2010 can help out.
