In Wisconsin, we also square dance. Lots of fun! I think we should have enough people for 4 or 5 squares.

I never laughed so hard at a post. Especially "is this a party or a wake".

I'm really getting hungry for the funeral food. My beans are actually called "Calico Beans", as in the fabric we use. Ha ha. The funeral potatoes sound good, too. And I like Cream of Mushroom Soup (I mean cream of death) in lots of things.

And I really want a Tiger Tail.

I read everything over once more. I didn't want to miss a laugh, and laughed again at lots of stuff!

It has been hot here so how about an ice cream sundae bar??? My treat... I can talk big if it is imaginary right??? All you can eat 59 varieties of ice cream, unlimited toppings and NO CALORIES!!!
I'm really, really late to this party, but oh well better late than never.
I'll bring the Blue Bell ice cream and also some smoked brisket. The machine will be my White Rotary treadle, she'll be fun to sew the log cabin blocks with.

Actually, I haven't worked on it much yet. Just got some of the gunk off. It needs a bobbin case before I can see if it really works, but I did get the innards to move. Maybe it will still have a life.

I"m another latecomer. I'll bring a Magic Cake just because they are fun to make. Machine - To FMQ, I'll bring my 301. To sew a straight seam, I'm liking my MW clone. To sledgehammer - the plastic wonder serger I worked on for entire afternoon and thread #1 just won't engage. Grr. My own identical one has a bent looper. Pirating time?

I've been very busy trying to get a couple of quilts done - one is finished and the second ready to go on the frame. It needs to be done by Thursday AM.

But I'm ready for a break - and I'll bring cake! I love baking but had to cut back because I kept eating my mistakes.
