Service is a bit of an issue around here. The guy who was good retired - the next one was okay at cleaning which is all my Elna needed, but I heard repair stories from friends. The current one is a salesman and is trying to learn, but has the good one working for him at times. Do I dare request only the part time guy touch my serger?
