I have a Pfaff 60 treadle, brought home from Germany by a military wife(not me).
Its an awesome machine, so quiet and sews a pretty stitch too. Did I mention how heavy Pfaffs are???
You could do a motorectomy and treadle it, will fit into a Singer cabinet.

Thanks everyone! I had never thought about converting this little lady back to a treadle but that is an interesting thought! Now just need to find some time to sit down with her and clean her up! Thanks again!

If you need a set of attachments for her, give me a PM. When I bought a set for DH's 130, I ended up with a group of attachments that had one complete set and one almost complete set in the box.
DH got his 130 for $22.50 but the motor was bad. He's got the "coffee grinder" attachment on the back.

I have this exact machine, and mine says Made in Germany as opposed to Made in Western Germany. By serial number lookup, mine was made in 1950. The ones that say Made in Germany are the older ones. They are tuff machines, and if you still have the original German made motor, that is great, because it can be rewired or even overhauled. Mine was rewired by the dealer before he sold it to me. Mine also has the coffee grinder. I wish I had the original attachments, but I also have a Pfaf 262, which I bought brand new in 1968, and the attachments will work on the 130 that came with the 262.
If you do not have a Pfaff motor, be careful. The ones made in China don't last, and they don't have the power and strength the Pfaff motors do that are well tuned. BTW, I found a cabinet for my 130 this summer at GoodWill! Paid $15.99 for it. No longer do I have to bend way down to pull out the bobbin. Original Pfaff cabinets for these old mechanical machines have an oval cut out in the panel in front to reach in for the bobbin!!! I was so thrilled over this find. Good luck and enjoy. OH, and wait til you do try free motion quilting on it. It is so solid, and easy to maneuver. I love it just for that over all of my machines!!
