Wish I knew someone in my family who wanted a Redeye, Sphinx or a 301. I have all three and hate to just drop them off at the Goodwill but my sisters and daughter are just not interested and I am running out of room. I would rather use the space for fabric and books.
It is a shame when the young do not appreciate the old machines.

I also wish you lived in IN. I'm in Martinsville, south of Indianapolis, and would love a 301. The only thing is that I had to promise my hubby that I wouldn't get another machine unless someone paid me to take it! FAT CHANCE of that happening! I can't complain, as I got a 1939 221, then a1928 99, and finally a 1945 221 all between May and Oct.
