Wow. Just wow. The only more spectacular Singer find would be one of his early prototypes.
It does look like a bear to sew on, with the large raised body, the complicated springy bits, the stepped edges around the work surface, the exposed flywheel where your knee needs to be, the bobbin winder where your work needs to be, etc.
Absolutely sectacular all the same. Especially the treadle legs! Love the ivy.
