OK, so now what do I do with Minerva ?

Last pic is true, "if" I had remembered how it originally was. Once I looked at Minerva it was obvious. Then it was just a simple matter to move the winder to the other side of the bracket. Pretty slick idea. A lot simpler than the belt.
