Old Dressmaker and Necchi
OK, this is not too far from here. Two for fifty bucks? I have no use for two machines and really just looking to find a zig zag to convert to treadle. To do or not to do? (and only if still available later in week when "allowance" time. http://southbend.craigslist.org/hsh/4589440434.html

The dressmaker is a pretty machine. I like the 2 tone turquoise/white combo. I wish there was a better picture of the Necchi.
I don't know what it takes to convert to treadle. I'm useless to you there.
I can't advise you to buy them or not either. If I brought home every sewing machine that caught my eye I could build a sizable addition with them.

Decent prices. Which one you choose depends on what you want in a machine and how much work you want to do on it. *The Necchi says the needle doesn't go up and down..that could be an easy thing like a bobbin tangle or it could be frozen. In the high corner of the last pic I can just make out the Necchi is a BCJ so it is a straight stitch only. The Dressmaker is a straight or zig-zag machine.
