Thank you Cecilia. The cord looks "industrial strength"
Neighbours didn't get to look due to big fences and very close houses.

I think its adorible and in my neck of the woods $60 would be a good deal on that machine. I would love to have 99.

Have to mention that I totally take back the comment about FW stitch quality. I was really thinking that the motor isn't as strong as the 99k, and this wouldn't usually affect the stitch at all (unless sewing through heavy fabric).

go for the Singer 99 - they do the job and don't cost as much - easier to clean up when thread gets stuck, too.

Miriam, that is a nice sowing machine.

Does it sow cherries? Would it sow my lawn?

I would pay your more for it. I like nice sowing machiens.

Does it have a foot pettle? Or a chord? Or maybe it is a threddle sowing machiene?

The problem is you are far away. Could you mail it to me? Please assure me first of your exact packing methods so I know it won't be damaged in transit.

Well, I think I can get that sowing machine in one of those one price post office shipping boxes if not a little adjusting might be in order. Thread included - if you want wires and a foot pettle I can see if they fit in the box. It might be fun to see what the post office says when someone turns it in for the insurance.....
