Cathy, I love your addiction. I am afraid I have it too. And DH aids me, constantly building things to store machines, or cabinets to accommodate a specific machine. Our dining room has also been transformed into a sewing room also with several machines, fabric (of course) and a Grace long arm frame.

My DGC are here and they are loving sewing on my machines and treadling on unthreaded machines when we adults are busy (with my permission).

Since this is an old house with no ductwork - we put in a hole up there to let the heat upstairs - though we've not used the wood stove since I moved my quilting frame into that room.

it's only about 2' off the "floor" of the stairway landing on the other side.
