Very pretty machine. I don't think I could pass it up if I saw it.

I have a singer 99 in a bent wood box.. I wouldn't trade it for anything.. I paid $30 at a thrift store, and it was in beautiful condition.. I also have a Singer 66.. and love it too.. I don't think either will ever die..

It is a beautiful machine----I would have it home with me in a heartbeat.

That is a lovely 99...I wouldn't be able to pass it up at that price. That's a great price!! I put a handcrank on my 1928 99 because it needed a knee controller and I couldn't find one for a price I was willing to pay. So a very kind lady at the Gold Country TOGA in the Spring helped me put the handcrank on it, and I love how it works. Because she is a hefty little gal she sits quite still. She came in a bentwood cover case, which I still keep her in.

This is a Singer 99, which is a three quarter size machine. This little machine is quite heavy and you won't want to be carrying it around...I've had 2. They're very nice machines if you keep it mostly in one place, due to the weight. The price is good.

Took along my DH and we bought the little machine this morning for only $40. The cabinet doesn't look the best on the top and it bugs DH so bad that he will refinish it. The machine runs great and looks good. Didn't need it, but it will be fun to have. Thanks for all your thoughts and suggestions.

You won't be sorry you have it.

It weighs about 18 pounds and sews like a dream. Not good for taking to class but sews really well. For $45.00 it would be in my truck on the way home.

Well worth $45! I would get it!Fast!
