Great information. I haven't had the nerve to open up the potted motor on my 15-91. It's running quite nicely, so I've followed the old "if it ain't broke..." maxim. However, I could just see myself losing the fiber washer so it's great to know that one can be fabricated.

If you ever need to get into the motor, this web page tells you everything you could possibly need to know to fix it up.

Thanks! I have seen Rain's tutorial but still don't want to open the motor for fun.
