You can also use a bar of the wax that they use for canning, to seal the top of the jelly or jam jars, works just as good as will an unscented candle if you have trouble finding beeswax.

I found a tube of 30 yr old strawberry chapstick, lastnight tied that,, at first I didn't care for the grease on my fingers,

BUT when I threaded it went in on the first shot, I just had to keep a rag on my leg to wipe my fingers on

Today at the SM shop I forgot to ask , next stop will be beeswax

I have beeswax...somewhere. Will have to go on a rummage. Needle threading is a chore for me.
