I am way behind, but I thought I'd post a photo of the quilt I finished a couple weeks ago. I made this quilt using only by 1937 FW, then bound it with my Pfaff 1222e from 1976. I was making this quilt to pretty up my FIL's assisted living room, but didn't get it done until 2 days before he passed away. My DH wanted it drapped on his coffin because Dad was always asking me when I was going to get his quilt done!

Sharon, I love the log cabing quilt! Nice and bright.
Kat, great job and what an honorable thing to do, sending those quilts to the victims of those tornados! Nancy |

I think I like seeing a quilt draped over a coffin - how much love is that? WOW and a beautiful quilt, too.

Nancy;
Sorry about your FIL's death but what a terrific quilt for him and I just wish I had had a quilt for my FIL's coffin to drape over it. Chris |
