Cute little trucks! Beautiful piecing on that one.

Victoria, I love the quilt you made using the Riccar and Pfaff 30!
Bennett, what a nice baby quilt! I am usually too lazy to do all the piecing on a baby quilt so I usually do a panel! I don't know why, because I always piece queen/king sized quilts! Nice job, and what a wondeful gift! Monica, I am so glad you got that Christmas quilt done! It is stunning! No spray basting for me - I learn from the mistakes of others! And Trish, what a cute little quilt with pieced trucks! Oh my grandson would love that one! That quilt should stay with that little guy for the rest of his life! Nancy |

Did this today (this afternoon) using Miss Margie, the 115 I brought home yesterday! This machine is FAST! Fast enough that I had to use the ripper several times, and still see some errors! :D Oh well...it was good practice!
I didn't have to cut anything other than the white borders, the batik squares were cut when I made John's quilt, and I didn't make it as large as I was going to originally. :) It's not quilted yet, of course....maybe tomorrow after work. |
It looks so spring like. Waiting to see what it looks like after you quilt it.

Beautiful Charlee...I know what you mean about ripping...not the fault of my '50's workhorse....4 attempts at binding a string mug rug! Definitely me and not my machine:)
|
Great batiks Charlee, love all the rich colors. My eye is drawn particularly to some of the yellows--the one with the sunflower peeking through and the sort of clam shell/fan design.

Charlee...beaautiful! I love the batik fabrics!

This is a quilt for my 4 year old grand son. He likes any thing on wheels. Made with my 301.
