The 222s are less common than the 221....so that price is within the range of what they sell for, usually $800 to $1200...

I should have noticed it was a 222. But it would still be way, way out of my price range.

Here's one. I think it's kinda cool, actually, and not a bad price for it, and probably easily re-convertible. The problem with in my house would be remembering which one it is when they're all closed!
