I will be taking pics and posting sometime this morning.

BUMP

You can use modern sewing machine oil on all the old machines. I buy mine at Joann's.

My guess would be a Morse or one of the other brands manufactured by Toyota in Japan and distributed in the USA. I love the space-age retro look of these machines and they are collectible as well as very functional.

I also got a rockteer on ebay this morning. It is missing it's "nose" think I'll be able to locate one? Am I crazy? Don't answer. I think I know.

Did your Rocketeer come in a cabinet? I looked at one on EBay that did but didn't bid because it looked like it was missing something in front. I have fallen in love with the Rocketeers after I got mine.

I am looking at a Singer sewing machine.....serial # JE 234259
I do not know how to ID the model number....and decide if I should buy it. It appears to be in good condition but has no attachments.
I appreciate your help.
Thanks

I'm reasearching it, but haven't found a Morse match yet.
