Decals can be for either 115 or 15. The 115 has a very different bobbin case. The bobbin case has a little hook on there for thread to pass similar to old high end German machines. It rarely has thread tangles under there if you keep track of where the hook stops. It is a much simpler machine. The bobbins are readily available L type. Superior to the featherweight. I don’t know if the 115 came with a boss every time or not. If it is a 15, it has one of the heavy hand wheels and will treadle easily. The hand wheel tells me it is likely a 15 though. I don’t know if the 115 had the heavy wheels or not. A photo of the bottom would tell what it is. As far as a puzzle box goes, it could be something added in. The feet likely fit and it is the era.
