I'm working on a Singer 99 for a grand-daughter's Christmas present and I would like to recover the sewing stool that came with the machine.

I found a design I like but I haven't done anything like this (wool crewel??) in years that I don't know where to find a similar pattern.

Here's the design I like - anyone know where I could find something similar?

I just googled "needlepoint chair seat kits" and "needlepoint chair seat patterns" and came up with lots of designs. You can also find some completed. Good Luck!

There used to be a catalog that I got in the mail on a fairly regular basis. I think it was Herschner's or something similar to that. They had all sorts of needlework patterns and kits. Don't know if they are still around or not.
