    Default Reliable place to buy Featherweight bobbins, needles and greese

    I really want to start using my new to me featherweight.
    I have 3 bobbins with it but know I will need more.
    I goggled for bobbins and found several..
    including some that didn't even look like the right bobbin..LOL
    I am new to all of this and want to get the right bobbins & ect.
    Either post or direct email would be great [email protected]

    NEEDLES:
    Needle system: 15x1
    On needle packages you'll find this info:

    Singer: 2020 (15x1), 2026 Denim/Jeans, 2045 Ball Points
    Schmetz: 130/705H 15x1H
    Organ: HAx1 130/705H 15x1

    Available almost everywhere. We get ours at JoAnn Fabrics when they have a 50% off sale.

    BOBBINS:

    Sew-Classic: { http://www.shop.sew-classic.com/ }
    Nova Montgomery's: { http://www.novamontgomery.com/ }
    April 1930's: { http://www.april1930s.com/html/singe...bin_parts.html }
    Others as well. Once you study them, you'll be able to recognize which are the right ones.

    GREASE:

    The only grease I know of that currently available for Singer motors is this one sold by Nova Montgomery's:
    { http://www.novamontgomery.com/shop/S...t-x4312153.htm }
    The white grease Singer sells now isn't the same as the old Motor Lube and I don't know if it will work or not in motors. I'm not willing to risk damaging my motors to find out.
    Here's a thread we did about the Nova Montgomery's grease not long ago:
