Sorry for the bigger image size but I think this is as small as I should make it for clarity sake.

The additional note she sent said the following:
"Ignore the black square between the s and e
in serenity. I didn't catch the mistake before
I printed.
I used shades of blue, but it could be any
color. I used one strand of 797 and one strand
of 799 for the border. The inside design is 797
with 799 in the center. I used two strands of 824
for the wording"
