Sewmor 606 Run Problem
Hi all,
I'm new here and I just got a Sewmor 606 from the thrift shop and I noticed that when plugged into the motor outlet the foot pedal wouldn't work. But, when plugged into the light outlet it ran on full and the foot pedal wouldn't work. Does this mean that the foot pedal needs to be replaced?
And if it does how do I go about doing that?
Thanks!

It can be hard to navigate these forums, I think that the problem is the foot pedal. At least that was the problem with my vintage machine.

likely the foot controller, but it could be in the electrical block, too. Does it look like this?
Do you have another controller you can test it with?

Does all the wiring look good? It might be that the wires in the controller came loose.
We like pictures. In order to post pictures on Quilting Board, you will probably need to reduce or compress the picture to a file size that is smaller than 2MB. How to post images can be found at https://www.quiltingboard.com/attach...020-01-17-.pdf
Don't forget to scroll over to the far right to find and click on the "Upload" button.
Perhaps, if you posted a picture of the controller (aka foot pedal), we could give you some information on how to take it apart and check it.
