She followed me home - honest!

Opps, Guess I made a mistake. I was "sure" the one my son picked up for me in Atlanta was a short bed. So I looked back at the photos he sent me.
She's a very dirty girl, but Son says she looks nice under the dirt. Now I have a problem, as two long beds don't fit into the scheme of things. I'll keep the black one, but this one might need to be traded for a short bed machine. I'd say it's bad when you don't remember what you have, but I've not laid hands on this machine yet, so that is my excuse!

I really want one of each - and that is what I thought I'd ended up with. I had plans of putting the beige in a cabinet - if I can ever find my trapizoid cabinet. So it being a long bed does not fit with my long term collection plans.
I have a third 301 case - it's in beautiful condition. Probably from a machine that got put in a cabinet and the case was never used again.

I just bought a mocha long bed in great condition, very clean. Had to oil and grease it and order a new cord, but other than that, perfect! I also (same week) bought a 15-91 (centennial edition) in beautiful condition. Decals are almost perfect. Again, I had to buy a new cord...the foot pedal wouldn't reach the floor! Now I need to learn to sew on something that moves as fast as these "sweeties"! I'm so excited and anxious to actually do some piecing on both machines! BTW, the 15-91 came with a beautiful "coffin case".
