Singer 15-125?
I have the opportunity to buy a Singer 15-125. I already own several 15's....15-89, 15-91, etc. but I like the green color and all of my Singers are black except my white FW. so I am curious if this machine is as decent as the other 15's or did Singer do anything funky with this model to make it less desirable?

Nice price Ron! I have been amazed at the jump in machine prices on Craigslist since I started tracking again.....after a year break. Wowser do people want a lot of $ for their machines! Doesn't make it near as much fun as it used to be!

One has to be choosy. When I first became interested in sewing machines, I jumped on anything that looked good-Elnas, Necchis, Remingtons, Hand Cranks, Knee Lever operated, or nostalgic branded. Anything that caught my fancy. (Being from Iowa you might be familiar with the Younkers brand. I have a Younkers 15 clone in pristine condition.) Now I realize there are many, many machines out there and I can't have one of each. Now I look for quality, rarity, if I will use it, and price and not in that particular order.

I think it's just because garage sale season isn't in full swing yet. The overpriced ones on my area CL are still sitting since before Christmas. I think it should start loosening up in the next month or so.
