I have the same machine...it's free-standing and came without any base or cabinet. I love the decals. Mine came with all the feet and the two of the bobbins. Hubby found it for me at a shop in northern IL...paid $22. I have it on top of a piesafe in my sewing room for decoration, I'll probably never try to use it.
