Default Singer 301 Long Bed Table Good Condition - Sturdy W/ A Lot Of Life Left

This is the same table I won for $14.99 and there was so much drama about shipping/picking up that the seller offered to cancel the sale. She wanted over $100 to ship.

Well it back up with a buy it now for $155 and a shipping of $39.00

I see it for buy now $155 but with shipping of $67 standard shipping. She just wants a lot of money.

Now the shipping is $72.88! Don't think I would deal with her!

We knew we hadn't seen the last of this table!
Concerning shipping, the price of it on an Ebay auction can vary for different buyers, because the seller has the option in her listing to have Ebay calculate the shipping based on zipcode of the buyer. However, I don't think that the Ebay calculator is always so accurate, especially when it comes to odd sized items like a table.

Shipping for a large item *is* costly -- I'd guess around $45 to do UPS ground. That said, how much can a table like that be worth? I have one that looks @ the same. The only special thing about it is that the 301A fits right in and I didn't have to cut my own hole in it LOL .

I'm leery of anything on e-bay. I prefer to get in my Jeep and go. Even if I have to drive a couple of hours and that takes a lot of persuasion.

I still think you need to report the previous matter to e-bay. That would probably prevent her from doing this sale, too.

Isn't the table supposed to have metal supports under the top to help hold up the machine? My featherweight table has them. Just wondering.

The 301 doesn't need the metal supports like the 221 does. I used to have a table just like that one.

I'd love to have one for my 301's, but can't justify the cost.
