Should be really easy, once you get the belt. One end goes on that light brown pulley on the motor, and the other end should fit in a groove on the hand wheel.

I'd need to make a correction to my post above. I don't have an Alpha Sew # 1514 belt on my 328K. I tried one, but didn't like the way it slipped.
Because of that I put a black V-belt on, part number 193077. It works much better.
