Default Singer Stop Motion Screw Question

Somehow I managed to lose the stop motion screw for my FW. Since I can't compare the size of that screw to one from another vintage Singer machine, my question for anyone who knows is, "are the stop motion screws pretty generic from Singer machine to Singer machine, or do I need to find one specifically from a FW?" Thank you in advance for your input.

Oh my. I'm so sorry this happened. I don't know the answer but I feel your pain.

From my limited experience "I think" the stop motion knob screws are the same. If so, Sew-Classic has them for .99¢ per each.

Joe's right, it should be the right one. The parts charts I have are for the white FWs, and lists part 248 for the screw. I suspect them to be the same as the other FW machines.

You got lucky though. If it was a 301 (50087) a 15-91/125 (246), 201-2 (246), 285 (120) , it wouldn't have been the regular screw. And the 301 screw is pretty much unobtainium. I'm not positive on the others, but they're not in my parts list from my supplier.
