Here is a great price on a nice treadle. http://tricities.craigslist.org/atq/3784277778.html

If I had the money and the room, I would snatch it up!!

The one Singer machine I have zero interest in owning. It is a fine machine just not my cup of tea.

I have 2 Singer 66-1 treadles with the red eye decals. They are wonderful machines to sew with. I also have 4 other Singer heads for my 3 Singer cabinets; the other treadle is a Pfaff
model 60. I do most of my quilt piecing with the treadles. I have electric machines too, they usually only get used when I sew away from home.

That machine is missing an important part, the guard around the wheel. Without that things could get stuck in the belt and wheel. I think it's dangerous. Not worth $75, IMHO.
