    Default spa treatment for featherweight......

Hello dear friends, I have someone coming over on Wed to have a look at my lovely featherweight for possible purchase. She's a lovely machine, but thought I'd like to polish up her sleek black body without harming the surface. What would you use, without having to purchase a special product that I may never use again, once I've sold my featherweight.

if you want to clean it first, you can use kerosene and guaranteed that the decals will not get affected.

I use old SM oil too since I learned better and use triflow in my machine now. It gives the old SM oil a good use.

Everything I've read says to NEVER use WD40 on sewing machines.
