Swing arm for Singer #42 cabinet

Swing arm for Singer #42 cabinet
Does anyone here know where I could get a swing arm leaf support for the cabinet (Singer #42,) that I am restoring? I found a similar one, but it won't quite work. The screw holes are placed too closely to the edge of my cabinet. I have just the plate (without the arm and spring attached) from my cabinet and here is a photo of it. The part number for the plate that was on my cabinet is Simanco #136294. Any ideas?
