    Fairly common around here . Probably because there's a town named Slinger a bit north of Milwaukee. Maybe that's where they were made?

    Ok I responded to a CL post the other day where someone was listing "a singer treadle" for a 150. The description stated "I am a master seamstress but sold house and down sizeing" so I was like um ok and shot them an email asking for pictures and model? My responce this morning was "that's it!? Only two responces after all this time??" she/he did not answer my question and left me scratching my head in confusion. I repeated the question. Well see what responce I get again. I just found it totally weird.
