Sorry- I meant in general the machine seems too small for the elegant irons. I have 2 of them.

I've actually got a set of irons for this machine in stunning condition, we've been looking for a reasonably priced head.

[QUOTE=grant15clone;6095571]$2976??? Where did they come up with THAT number??? ...Wow, just wow.

I second those wow's. You can see the conversation between two doofuses:

"Let's say they was gonna pay us $2345?"

"Nah bro, you can't put the numbers all together like that. Mix 'em up a bit more..."

    "Okay. $2976"

Okay. . . This brainiac thinks it is a positive selling point that he completely stripped the paint and decals off the machine and put a coat of poly on the table. http://annarbor.craigslist.org/for/3843398033.html

That poor machine looks sew sad looking like that. Besides stripping the machine, he must have been "huffing" the paint stripper to come up with that price.

A real case of "how not to sell a sewing machine"!

LOL! There are a lot of those photos lately. I think it has to do with phones that "auto rotate" the pictures to view them, but craigslist, etc having websites that don't know to rotate them. That's what happens when I post pics from my iPhone (if I take the pic "upside down" from what the phone thinks I should have), if I don't transfer them to my computer and "Adjust" first. You'd think if it's smart enough to auto rotate it, it would be smart enough to not care which direction I held the camera in, but no.

*head slap* it's a non-working Stylist 457 $100. (At least the "bobbin spinner" isn't working, possibly more...)
