Oh for Pete's sake!! How many things can you spot wrong with this one,... besides the price.

Um, they used a Post-it for a slide plate? The top is ripped off, no spool pin, and the text is all but completely wrong.
"Heavy Duty Industrial Quality Machine" it is not. And the cabinet was not made out of Maple, but Mahogany. And NO! it is NOT in working order.

Interesting that the seller put it in the "Art Collectables" category. . .

That's largely because of a lack of options. Collectables because it's a vintage machine. It's where I sometimes put the 301s and stuff too. The other option is hobbies and crafts. I've seen some people put it in Home appliances, but I wouldn't think to look there. It's relatively irrelevant though, most people just search for "sewing machine" in All ads.

The other one I liked was the "It must be at least 30 years old"
Posted like a 20yo wrote it.

I sent them a response asking why they were falsely advertising it as a "red-eye" when it was a "filigree" pattern.. and included a link to the ISMACS "Ornamentation" site
