I picked up a Singer 301 model in a cabinet that works great!!! Paid $30 but wonder how much it is really worth, anybody have any idea? Keeping her in any case, she's screamed my name in five languages...."Take me home!"

Well Miriam... The ad is pulled.. I was sad because my Mom said"yeah sure, i can do that..." but then I decide to look in Elmira for Howe in case they re-listed it, and sure enough, $10 lower.. $50. I have exchanged text messages with them and we are working out the details Tuesday am for when it'll be picked up.

It is a Howe Model B in treadle cab. with a very early base..... Circle H in the spreader...

I may decide to sell you my other Howe pedal and keep this whole..

    hehehe

Oh, and I have to add... It is only missing the coffin lid... I have a Howe B lid I bought for cheap and actually said "I hope this baits a machine to go under it"....

I should shoot a pic of my Howe. I think it is only missing the foot petal but I can't remember if it has the cover or not. The Howe I have is very pretty. My Grandma's maiden name was Howe so this will be very cool when all together. My mom says no relation to the sewing machine Howe then she gave a little shudder. LOL I guess she don't like the guy. I still think it will be cool. I like Grandma just fine...

    Miriam,

I already have my "donor Howe" treadle disassembled. If you are interested in the pedal part, go ahead and PM me. I can sent it whenever you want.

This is getting picked up on Thursday or Friday (still working out the details)
