Take one of the zeroes off and I have a centennial model exactly like that. Only difference is my cabinet veneer is chipped from opposite side.
Edit: being an Apple user with spelling correction on, I have sympathy for those posting "sowing" machines. I've learned to reread my posts within the 20 minute limit.

I have a centennial model exactly like that too. I had to sacrifice the cabinet it was too far gone.

Vertical drawers means they are one on top of the other, Horizontal means they are side by side.
It still made me giggle though.
