I'm baaaccckkkkk - I was on vacation in Florida for 3 weeks. We went to see my son and DIL in Naples. After we looked over that wonderful quilt, they took us to see all the sights. We got to see a pelican up close at the beach, too. Then we went camping near Bartow FL. We got in last night and I've been catching up on reading here. WOW you guys post a lot.

Welcome back Miriam! Glad you had a good time and you got to see the quilt. That's great.

This is a pic of one of the casters under a parlor cabinet. I have 3 casters and the 4th is missing. Any suggestions on replacing it, or should I replace all 4? I have no ability to fabricate, weld or do anything like that. It is not for a museum and the caster is not visible so it doesn't have to be pretty.

how much of the other part is missing? Are the wheel, bar, and staples all missing?

I wonder if a wheel from a different base will work, maybe with a cut off nail for an axle?

I'll look for a modern caster and hopefully can hacksaw the little wheel out of there and use the axle idea. Thanks!
