[quote=tjradj]Ok, i have to confess. I am a turncoat. Bought a green ELNA. It's the second model - the Supramatic. Seeing as she's a couple of years older than me, I think she looks pretty good! :)
I tried her out and she sews like a dream. That motor is slick, you can just hear it saying, "but I have so much more to how you Clarice"

    Kermit, or Kermitta?

Third from the left - double needle. Device holds two individual needles. How cool is that?

Penni is all cleaned up! The cabinet cleaned up nicely too. I had to glue back a piece of a scroll that had been damaged. Luckily, it was sitting in one of the drawers. I carefully cleaned up the built in tape measure on cabinet. Next is the belt and then learning to sew with her.

I like your Elna! So much you can do with that double needle in quilting.
    Have fun!

Thank you! I was excited about the cabinet having the built in tape measure when I saw it, but was worried that I would lose it in the sanding and cleaning of the cabinet. To my surprise, I didn't mess that up too badly.
